Unfortunately, Sabel herself is suffering from a lingering brain tumor. She cannot reveal her condition to her mother, who, like Sabel, is afflicted with liver disease. Sabel is worried that her revelation might shorten her mother’s life. Instead, she has resolved that when the right time comes, she will voluntarily donate her liver to help her mother live longer.
